Phantom Of The Opera

Why does Waters hate Andrew Lloyd Webber?
In general, he just doesn’t like ALW’s music, and doesn’t mind saying so. But specifically, there’s a section of Webber’s Phantom of the Opera that bears a marked similarity to a part of “Echoes.” The opening notes to the “Overture” of Phantom (Track 2, Disc 1) are C# C B Bb A C#. This matches rather closely a section of “Echoes,” approximately 6:06 to 6:16.S. Todifcop and I collaborate on writing the captions and he draws all of them with Freehand. If you want to hire him to draw or illustrate, just contact me and I can email you his contact information. I LOVE MUSICALS! I enjoy the soundtrack to Wicked and the movie soundtrack of Phantom of the Opera. WOW that movie got me excited when I saw Gerard Butler playing the Phantom.. I thought WOW! He’s not the Phantom of the Opera. he’s the HOTTIE of the OPERA! Oh he’s dreamy.. sigh.
